I've been losing my mind for several days trying to find old stream VODs and vids I made out of them from 2018. I've looked through all my external hard drives and tried data recovery scans on them, but nothing. It's driving me crazy because I know I'd always keep a copy.

Playback stores previews of the whole library and only the originals you choose. Previews average 5 to 10% of a library's size, depending on how much of it is video; the estimate uses the middle, 7.5%. The plan shown is the smallest whose previews hold the library, plus extra originals at $27 per TB a month, rounded up to the whole TB.
Every other service is priced holding the whole library in its cloud, for the team size above, at the cheapest plan that fits. Prices are published US list prices per month. Shade and Iconik are at their monthly rates, as Playback is; Air publishes only its annual rate.
Prices marked * are modeled from list prices because the provider does not publish a single total for this setup. Air has unlimited seats; Starter at $25 a month holds about 1 TB and Business at $900 about 10 TB. Past that, Enterprise is quote only and is estimated at the Business price for the first 10 TB plus Enterprise credit packs at $20 per 1,000 credits, at about 6 credits per GB a month. Iconik Starter is billed monthly, counted as one Power User and Standard Users for the rest of the team, with originals on Amazon S3 Standard; Iconik does not publish its proxy storage or transfer rates, so those are left out. Shade is priced at its monthly rates: Growth at $35 per seat with 500 GB each for up to 10 people, and Enterprise at $60 per seat with 1 TB each past that.
